She has launched and developed the new businesses from the concept with focus on the design, development & distribution of the products, people & processes, in sync with the organization goals by identifying new markets, customers, channels and efficient vendors. She has immense experience in fashion buying, sourcing, merchandising, and maintaining profitability while meeting financial goals of the organization.

Sustainability & Innovation

She is a proponent of sustainability and likes to provide solutions with futuristic innovations. Denim manufacturing process contributes to pollution of waterways because of the dyes and chemicals used to treat it. Laser technology is a sustainable alternate innovation method to conventionally washed denims that harm the environment. So, she co-founded a firm that deals with laser technology. Through it, they provide all kinds of laser machines and services in different areas related to fashion – denim washing, apparel, footwear, jewellery and product designs.
